Terms and Conditions

-IMPORTANT TERMS and CONDITIONS-

PLEASE READ before purchase:

Product warnings / liability disclaimer:

All parts manufactured and sold under the Zona Motorsports, LLC name are designed and manufactured with the intent to increase vehicle off road performance and are not DOT approved or intended for usage on public streets. Due to the nature of off-roading, all variances in conditions and use cannot be foreseen, therefore; the safety of any person  associated with the use of my products is out of my control and I cannot be held liable for said event and/or any vehicle or product(s) failures, due to unforeseen events or improper use or abuse when using products manufactured or sold by Zona Motorsports, LLC.

Modification to any vehicle by installing parts manufactured by Zona Motorsports LLC could alter a vehicles' on-road performance, and in purchasing any item from Zona Motorsports, LLC, the purchaser hereby assumes FULL responsibility in the event of a crash, resulting in bodily harm or property damage. Zona Motorsports, LLC will not take responsibility for any personal injury or property damage arising from usage or failure of the parts manufactured and/or sold by Zona Motorsports, LLC.

Do not purchase or install any part manufactured or sold by Zona Motorsports, LLC if you do not agree with above terms, and that you do not feel competent in installing safely and correctly. Improper installation or manufacturing procedures of DIY components can lead to personal injury, death, or property damage. A qualified professional should install ALL products, and only skilled individuals should complete all DIY parts. Zona Motorsports, LLC reserves the right to change pricing, material  specifications, or any other specifications associated with their products without prior notification.

ORDERING/PAYMENTS:

Zona Motorsports, LLC We accept most major forms of payments, including Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and are now proud to offer financing through Affirm. Orders can be called in to 520-405-0117 between 8am-6pm, but will be directed to our website for finalization if needed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover card, or if you're local we accept cash/checks as well. 

Arizona purchasers and customers picking up or shipping orders to addresses within Arizona are subject to 8.7% sales tax on parts added to order totals. Local pick up of orders should be pre-arranged as we are not always available to assist customers within our business hours. All orders must be paid in full prior to pick up, shipping or delivery.  

Payment options through Affirm are subject to eligibility, may not be available in all states, and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. CA residents: Loans by Affirm Loan Services, LLC are made or arranged pursuant to a California Finance Lenders Law license

SHIPPING:

Products manufactured and sold by Zona Motorsports, LLC may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, another Freight Company, or other methods to be decided by the sole discretion of Zona Motorsports, LLC. Not all services are available for all products, and not all services will be able to deliver to home or the ship-to addresses provided when ordering. Shipping charges, and any additional duties or fees, are the SOLE responsibility of the customer  and must be PRE-PAID prior to shipment. 

Some orders must be sent by freight due to the dimensions and/or weight of the products. If a freight shipment needs to be delivered to a specific address via FedEx or similar, an additional fee(s) may apply such as but not limited to: Residential  surcharges, lift gate charges, call-before-delivery surcharges, or storage surcharges if the customer is unavailable to accept delivery.  Again, these additional fees are the SOLE responsibility of the customer.

Any shipping damages occurred, shall be the SOLE responsibility of the customer, once a shipment is signed for. DO NOT sign for a damaged shipment!! All orders sent from Zona Motorsports, LLC are insured.  However, each shipping company has different terms for processing damaged claims, and signing for a shipment means you are accepting  the goods in the condition received, leaving little to no method of recourse for replacement or insurance reimbursement. The shipping company who delivered your order should be contacted immediately or within 24 hours maximum of receiving your shipment if you find or suspect hidden damage. 

Powder coated items may receive minor nicks, scratches, or bumps during shipping and handling. We take every precaution possible to package our  shipments to prevent these damages, though sometimes they do occur, and the shipping companies DO NOT reimburse for minor cosmetic damage, nor will Zona Motorsports, LLC. Powder coated products can easily be touched up with Rustoleum spray canned bed liner, or similar matte finish paint if a scratch is to bare metal. 

RETURNS:

It is the mission of Zona Motorsports, LLC to produce high quality parts that off-road enthusiasts desire, and for complete customer satisfaction on every product we sell. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, Zona Motorsports, LLC will accept returns on any NON-custom product for a refund of the original purchase price, less the  shipping fees incurred, as well as a 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned within 14 days of the date which the customer originally received their products. 

Parts that have been received by customer and have been modified from the original design and/or conditions in any way are no longer acceptable for return. Returns WILL NOT be accepted after 14 days  from Customer's original receipt of their product. All returns must be pre-arranged with Zona Motorsports, LLC prior to shipping them back. Any return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. All returns must be received in like-new condition, and with original packaging intact to be eligible for a refund.

NOTE: Custom order products requested by a customer that are out of the scope of Zona Motorsports, LLC normal products, such as those made with specific dimensions or for a custom application, or otherwise, are NOT eligible for returns or refunds.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Customers who wish to cancel a current order can do so within 48 hours of placing their order for a full refund. If a cancellation is requested after this initial 48-hour time, we will still accept cancellations up until fabrication of the order has been started. Cancellations outside the 48-hour time frame will be charged a 20% order cancelation fee.  The method of which the refund will be processed is at the discretion of Zona Motorsports, LLC and may include PayPal/Credit card reversal, or Company check sent via mail, less the 20% order cancelation fee. 

Order cancellations for custom-order parts are eligible for cancellations within the above terms but are subject to a 20% design fee for labor and time spent on custom-order specifications. 

All cancellation requests must be made over the phone at (520) 405-0117 and are subject to approval by Zona Motorsports, LLC. According to the law in Arizona; “Arizona -There's no right to cancel contracts or purchase agreements, whether you can receive a refund is dependent on the  retailer's return and refund policies.” (https://consumer.findlaw.com/consumer-transactions/customer-returns-and-refund-laws-by-state.html)

WARRANTY:

Parts manufactured and fabricated by Zona Motorsports, LLC are warranted against defects in workmanship only, for a term of 1 year from the purchase or delivery date (whichever is later). Powder coating or other finishes applied to products sold by Zona Motorsports, LLC are NOT covered under this Warranty. Powder coating is very durable, but not invincible. Damages due to Neglect, Abuse, Collision, or Improper use of our products are NOT covered under our limited warranty. Trail damage such as dents, dings, or scratches in our armor products are NOT covered under this warranty and are considered to be normal wear and tear on off-road products. 

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

In buying products designed, fabricated, manufactured, and sold by Zona Motorsports, LLC, the purchaser agrees not to reproduce, reverse, engineer, duplicate, or manufacture any duplicates of our products. Purchaser also agrees to not engage in any action that would result in the duplication of Zona Motorsports, LLC products for resell or manufacture by a dealer or any other organization, company, person, etc. Customer/Purchaser may not purchase or use any Zona Motorsports, LLC products for the purpose and intent of development and/or redesign of a similar alternative, or substitute product. Purchaser agrees not to engage in any practice that would involve compromising our company market share or our customer base due to redistribution, redesign, re-engineering, manufacturing, etc. for any of our products. Purchaser agrees to not provide any design knowledge or specifics whatsoever to our competitors, companies, and/or individuals. 

All information regarding our products' design and specification should be held as our trade secrets. Purchaser of Zona Motorsports, LLC product(s) is held accountable and punishable by law to fullest extent for any product specifications, dimensions, photographs, etc. that are shared with competitors, individuals, etc. in an effort to re-create, resell,  redistribute, or redesign our products or similar products. Use of the Zona Motorsports, LLC logo in any form is also prohibited. Use of the Zona Motorsports, LLC logo, including design, lettering, and colors, in any form without the proper written consent of Zona Motorsports, LLC is also prohibited.
